EXPERIENCE-
I have created, stamped signed my own construction drawings with multiple town building departments.
o Electrical... wired many homes including one of the first houses electrified by Thomas Edison!
A licensed electrician and I converted an 1884 five family from fuses, knob and tube to 5 modern systems.
o Heating… installed steam boilers, hot air furnaces, electrical heat, and hot water systems.
o Roofing & Siding… installed asphalt shingles, slate and flat roll roofs. Gutters, wood & vinyl siding
o Foundations… installed stone, brick and cinder block foundations from the footers up.
o Framing and Carpentry… installed everything from rough framing to finished carpentry
o Fireplaces… rebuilt chimneys, lined chimneys and replaced hearths and fireboxes.
o Plumbing... installed every part of a system from the underground sewer lines to the roof.
